Ashland, MO: $8.95 delivery fee with a minimum purchase of $25.
Hartsburg, MO: $12.95 delivery fee with a minimum purchase of $40.
Columbia, MO: $19.95 delivery fee with a minimum purchase of $60.
Jefferson City, MO: $19.95 delivery fee with a minimum purchase of $60.
